Residential Bookings: A $45 non-refundable deposit for all new cleaning appointments and as-needed cleanings is required. Our rate is $50 per man-hour. We work in teams of two Professional Housecleaners.

Late payment
Payment is due at the time of the cleaning service. NO EXCEPTIONS! If payment is not received by 12noon on the 3rd day after receiving invoice, there is an additional $25 fee for delayed payment. There is a $35 returned check fee regardless of the reason.

Schedule Change or Cancellations

Please provide a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a clean. If you have a last-minute cancellation, you will be subjected to a $45 cancellation fee.
